Société Générale undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
To this end, it shall implement the strategy, and actions detailed in its multi-year plan which is currently being drawn up.

Several elements of non-compliance are described in this document, some of which are recurrent on several pages:
- Headings of the different sections are not in heading tags.
- Some elements visually represent a list but are not recognized as such by the screen reader.
- Office documents are not accessible and have no alternative.
- The hierarchy of headings on some pages is irrelevant and does not make it easy for the screen reader user to understand.
- A data table has presentation attributes.
- Some table headings are not in title tags <th>.
- Break tags <br> followed by a space are used to visually create space at the beginning or end of paragraphs.
- The contrast of certain texts against the background is insufficient.
- The contact link in the navigation bar does not have a visible title so that the destination can be understood.
- Some texts on the home page are cut at sizes 100%, 110%, 125%, 150%, 175% and 200% of the browser zoom and the level 1 and 2 of the text enlargement component in the banner.
- The submit search button is no longer visible at a screen width of 320px.
- The links leading to the dedicated contact pages cannot be reached using keyboard navigation.
- The 'GO TO MENU' skip link does not work.
- The visible names of certain buttons or links are not present in the accessible version.
- Page titles are not relevant; they do not mention the name of the site.
- Some links and texts contain technical terms in English, but do not have language attributes.
- Some links do not mention that they open in a new window.
- The focus is not completely visible on the "Configure cookies" button.
- The target size (width) of the button in the middle of the text enlargement component is not large enough.
- The presence of a sub-menu and its opened status are not indicated by the screen reader.
- Some buttons do not have relevant names.
- There is no indication that the search did not find any results and the visible message is not relevant.
- The search submit button has a label like the field label.
